In life nothing can be guaranteed. We cannot always expect a good thing to happen. There will be troubles on the way of achieving happiness. Happiness is not derived directly from material possession or anything materialistic in nature. We derive our happiness from appreciating anything that comes in our way. We may be disturbed while trying to escape the problems that arises.
Believe in yourself that you can do something better than being sad. Think deep on your self, which is non-existent. A mind which has no inherent existence tends to take us anywhere in the place of no where. Buddhist masters said if we cut our body into pieces we can find nowhere, our mind.
In this conflicting life, struggles are a part of it. We have to confront many troublesome situations in way towards achieving our own goal, which every people desire, Happiness. Nothing is so easily given and granted by the God, it is something that we predetermine. This determination are made by us, in some way or partly. There may be hindrances on the way but we have to confront it meaningfully. This meaningful confrontation can be of little help to alleviate our suffering from mental disorder.
As said, Karma can be tricky at times, so keep watching your every action. This action though small and little to be considered for pain and suffering, it may bear inconsiderable effect in the future, when it ripens. So keep watching your thoughts, which precedes many other actions.
Our life is not just a product of biological process. It has been a result of continuous merit accumulation until the birth. We still reaps the results of our sown seeds in the past. Karmic results may not come instantly but it may take time to deliver but we have to be mindful of it anyways.
Suffering of change, impermanence, falling sick, departure, aging and death are inevitable parts of life. So, one cannot actually escape this truth. One gets what has been sown in the garden. This quote seems so silly while we say but it bears a great meaning in it.
So contemplate on your life, not the conflicting emotions that arises from nowhere. As soon as emotions arises whether good or bad, reflect on yourself, think of your body, its functions, locate your mind, look beyond where it flies, and finally locate the exact arising of this thought. You will not be able to locate the exact origin of thought and pain as it arises from emptiness.
However, i am not such trained person to talk about the mind and its features. So, it is not always advisable to follow my words than of other great masters of this world. I mean enlightened beings.
I hope you unfold this piece with great meaning in conclusion.
